Tidbit 42: How to Increase Response Rate with ADDRESS HYGIENE

This is an "oldie": Clean it once, clean it twice... If you want to prepare your mailing list for the best deliverability and an increased response rate - perform ADDRESS HYGIENE to:

• Correct city names in your list
• Eliminate non-existent addresses
• Eliminate duplicates
• Allow your customers to opt out: if they don't want your product or service, why spend money on them?
